1. New Tux Droids... Customize your Tux – Design best belly cover and win a unique Customised Tux
As you may know, Tux Droid V2 was released 5 months ago. In addition to his brand new look in rubber painting, nearly everything has changed: he is now compatible with Windows, he has a new software interface: the Control Center, the sound has been upgraded to 16 Khz and his belly can be personalised!
That’s right! The belly cover can be removed and you can paint on it or add stickers or pieces of cloth.
Please, send us a pic of your personal design and the best one will win a unique customised Tux.... And if something went wrong, don't worry: you have a second belly part in your box... Learn more

Our new upcoming community website is: wwww.livewithapenguin.com. We have encountered several issues and had to put it offline for some time. Now the website is up and running, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

3. New gadgets
New gadgets released !
The MSN gadget is available now! Wanna have fun with Tux Droid on MSN?
Tux Droid will react to all the smileys you receive in chat. And writing TUX before your text will make him read with his TTS voice. No need to stay in front of your PC anymore...
Tux Droid has also has a life of his own now. With the brand new Sense of Humor gadget: Tux Droid will play randomly tons of attitunes. Be aware that Tux Droid is not always showing his best side ;-)
The new e-mail gadget with its version 2 brings some new features such as mail filters. Now you can specify the emails Tux will read by sender and subject.
Have a look in the Control Center on the "online part" to get check all the new gadgets. |

| 4. Linux users : how to upgrade your old Tux
Want to try the new software and features? You can upgrade the firmware from Tux droid "V1" to Tux Droid "V2".

Or you can reflash your Tux in Windows too. Download the new Tux software from the Kysoh website. The Windows version comes with an easy to use application to flash your Tux automatically.
